These solid wood earrings have been made by Cabinetmaker/Wood Artist Paul Szewc of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
The earrings are made by cutting two different hardwoods (maple and walnut) and gluing them together in various "crazy" patterns. This patterning appears in many of Paul's hand-made items and even decorates the exterior of his shop/gallery in Guelph, Ontario.
Each set is uniquely one-of-a-kind.
No stains have been used.
Finished with a lacquer so no care is needed.
There are 32 pieces of solid wood used in just this one pair of earrings.
Approximate size of earrings if 2-3/4"tall x 1/2" wide x 1/8" thick. For other earring sizes and crazy pattern styles, please get in touch with me and I'll send you options of other earrings available.
